Nutella Banana Bread

Yup, you read that right, nutella banana bread. Now for those of you who either don’t like bananas or are allergic to nuts…. I’m sorry. I will feed this to you on your deathbed so you can die happy.

Just look at that… It’s so scrumdidlyumptious


IMG_2498 I surprised my new roommates with this one this past week… needless to say it was a big hit. 🙂





  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1- 1/4 cups ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup nutella, melted


1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray your bread pan with non stick spray so it’s ready to go.

2. Mix sugar and butter together until blended and then add your eggs and vanilla and mix until blended. Mix in the flour, baking soda, salt and milk.

3. Mash bananas and add them in. In a separate bowl melt the nutella until it’s more easily spreadable. In the bread pan alternate adding in the banana and nutella mixtures until you run out of batter. Run a knife through the mixture to create the marble effect.

4. Bake for 50 minutes, but keep an eye on your oven if you know it runs hotter than normal! Let cool and enjoy!
